    Every ASCND piece is backed by our Lifetime Warranty, which covers defects in craftsmanship and materials — including broken clasps, defective chains, bracelets, or pendants, missing stones, and fading. It does not cover lost or stolen jewelry, or damage caused by improper wear or care. To file a claim, email us a photo of the item along with your order number at info@shopascnd.co, and we'll issue a one-time replacement. If the piece is no longer available, we'll provide store credit for its value. Please note a photo is required to process any claim.
