What is ASCND jewelry made from?
Solid 316L surgical steel, mirror polished. Pendant and chain both. No sterling, no plating, no brass.
Will it fade, tarnish, or turn my skin green?
No. Solid 316L steel does not tarnish or react with skin, and with no plating there is nothing to wear through.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within up to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the US. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
As soon as your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder, or reach out to us at info@shopascnd.co.
What does the Lifetime Guarantee cover?
Every ASCND piece is backed by our Lifetime Guarantee, which covers defects in craftsmanship and materials — including broken clasps, defective chains, bracelets, or pendants, missing stones, and fading. It does not cover lost or stolen jewelry, or damage caused by improper wear or care. To make a claim, email us a photo of the item along with your order number at info@shopascnd.co, and we'll make it right. If the piece is no longer available, we'll provide store credit for its value. A photo is required to process any claim.
Can I return my order?
Yes. If you're not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. To start a return, email us at info@shopascnd.co.
