Every piece sold through ASCND is backed by our Lifetime Warranty. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry, and we want you to feel confident that your purchase is built to last. If something goes wrong with the materials or construction of your piece, we're here to make it right.
What the warranty covers
Our warranty protects against defects in craftsmanship and materials, including:
- Broken or malfunctioning clasps
- Defective chains, bracelets, or pendants
- Missing or fallen-out stones
- Fading or discoloration of the finish
What the warranty does not cover
The Lifetime Warranty is designed to cover manufacturing issues, not general wear and tear or accidents. It does not apply to:
- Lost or stolen jewelry
- Damage caused by improper wear, storage, or care
- Normal signs of aging from everyday use
How to submit a claim
Filing a claim is simple. Email us a clear photo of the affected item along with your order number, and our team will review your request. Once approved, we'll issue a one-time replacement of the piece. If the item is no longer available, we'll provide store credit for its original value instead.
Please note that a photo is required to process every claim — we're unable to approve a replacement without one. This helps us confirm the issue and get the right piece back to you as quickly as possible.
